Clinical Director needed for our facility in Arkansas

Job Duties/Qualifications:

1. Guides and directs management in the clinical developments and aspects of the organization’s services.

2. Implements programs that meet company and clinical goals and objectives.

3. Maintains a sound plan of company and clinical organization by establishing policies to ensure adequate development.

4. Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.

5. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws concerning execution of clinical tasks.

6. Responsible for client charts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines set forth by governing and accreditation agency.

7. Oversee all aspects of clinical operation of the company.

8. Assists in reviewing, revising and formulating policies and procedures specific to program, with the approval of the COO.

9. Ensure continuity of care through the use of foresight in directing, controlling, planning and organizing patient care.

10. Ensure that the safety of the client is our priority at all times.

11. Continue to attend regularly scheduled education classes related to the disease of addiction.

12. Demonstrates an ability to demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility.

13. Communicate with family and health professionals concerning the care of patients.

14. Addresses all cares and concerns related to the client to the medical team as needed.

15. Works together with Medical Director for optimal client care.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other related field.
• Must be licensed LCAC, LMFT, LMHC or LCSW.
• A minimum of 5 years in the related field at the supervisory level.
• Extensive knowledge of chemical dependency and behaviors associated with withdrawals and the recovery process.
• Demonstrates proficiency in communication and written skills.
• Knowledge of JCAHO policies and procedures.
